Fleet Team

Since joining the dsnm team in April 2016, Ella has proved to be a great asset to the company. In her current role as Fleet Team Leader, Ella not only looks after her own clients but is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the fleet managers and department. Ella’s previous job role working with international clients, ensured she was well equipped to deal with the busy nature of the dsnm fleet office.

When not working, Ella enjoys keeping fit and healthy using bootcamp and personal training sessions as well as travelling as much as possible.

Lizzie joined dsnm in 2013 as a Fleet Manager and prides herself on building an excellent relationship with all her clients. Having been a PA in a previous role her organisational skills are second to none and alongside her ability to be flexible and multi-task.

When away from the office Lizzie spends her time cooking, researching beauty and enjoying National Trust days out.

Sally is a Fleet Manager at dsnm having joined the ever-growing team in 2012. Putting her strong organisational skills to good use, Sally works hard to provide a first-class service to her fleet of yachts alongside supporting her colleagues.

Sally spends her weekends entertaining her family and friends with her passion for cooking and enjoys the sunshine both home and abroad as much as possible.

Sophie brings to dsnm an abundance of strong maritime industry knowledge having gained her OOW ticket in a previous role. As a Fleet Manager in a busy team, this prior experience has proven very useful. Sophie began her career within the industry when she joined the Merchant Navy as a cadet.

When not working Sophie enjoys baking, camping, walking & hiking and sharing her mum’s passion of sailing and being outdoors.

After gaining knowledge and experience as a fleet manager since 2014, Sarah expanded her role within dsnm to take on responsibility for training and development of the fleet team. Her role is vital to keep the levels of service and team knowledge at the forefront of the industry, dsnm pride themselves on investing in employee training and development both in house and using eternal sources.

Sarah is a bit of a gym junkie and loves to spend her evenings and weekends ‘pumping iron’ in between enjoying time in the kitchen baking cakes!

As one of the earlier members of staff to join the dsnm team in October 2011, Kirsty has fulfilled a number of roles in between two spells of maternity leave. She is now a Fleet Manager but also taken on a new role as Well-being Coordinator, managing the overall wellness and health of all employees. We see this new position as pivotal to the future of the business as our staff are our strongest asset.

With a busy family life, Kirsty doesn’t get much spare time but when she does, holidaying with family and friends is a must!

As one of the longest standing members of the fleet team at dsnm having joined in 2007, Lucy has been an integral part of the development of the company. Lucy has recently put her degree in Business Studies to good use assisting with the marketing alongside her Fleet Manager role.

On a day off, Lucy enjoys catching up with family and friends and taking her dog Frankie for long walks.

Jagraj has previously worked as an account manager for commercial and military aircrafts within the aerospace industry. He prides himself on preserving great customer service to improve the customer journey and experience.

He enjoys keeping fit and healthy, enjoying spending the weekends exploring local areas with family.

20 years as a police detective provided the most colourful insight into society and although rewarding it was challenging. Oli wanted to experience something completely different, and joined dsnm in January 2022 with the logistics team. In May 2022 Oli moved to the fleet team, as a fleet manager and loves the way the role allows him to connect with so many different people and gives him the opportunity to problem solve, daily.

With a background in marketing and customer service, Sara believes in putting the customer first in everything that she does, ensuring that good, clear communication is a priority. Sara joined dsnm in June 2022 as a fleet manager, which has enabled her to bring her previous experience and skills together in a new challenge.

Outside of the office Sara combines a love of live music and sport with a busy family life - her happy place is at a music festival with her family, or cheering her children on at either a football match or athletics competition.
