DSNM announces ISO 9001:2008 accreditation
David Store Navigational Management (DSNM) is proud and excited to announce another milestone in the history of the company. Continuing in our commitment to excellence, DSNM is delighted to announce that we've achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
DSNM's achievement shows that we've implemented a robust quality management system to guide and govern our operations. This certification is an important step in assuring that customers continue to receive the very best in quality and service from DSNM.
The audit was extremely successful, with no observations and no non-conformities. We demonstrated that we have a series of robust but flexible procedures in place, that our staff are trained and knowledgable and that they have a clear understanding of our business process beyond their allocated roles.
