Given the time of year and proximity to a guest trip, we were in a very tricky situation, which your help and diligence avoided. We are extremely lucky to have your support and look forward to any future work with you.

The team at dsnm, and in particular Sally, have always been a great support of mine. Always polite, friendly and willing to help, they perfectly simplify what can be a complicated world of competing systems, into one complete and holistic package. The compass website continuously receives updates and new features, adding greater value to what was already a useful platform. As the marine industry moves digital, I cannot stress enough the value of having everything accessible in one place and with a team of professionals to support you when the tech goes wrong.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with dsnm. Six years of being a committed client should say it all! The company has expanded their services to meet the modern era and are continuously evolving and improving the workings of their systems for the ease and beneficial use of the customer. Having worked with Lizzie and the team at dnsm for well over a year now, I can say their services are second to none. They take a proactive approach when dealing with the yacht’s navigational management and almost intuitively provide suggestions for the necessary charts, publications and other related resources which may be required due to regulatory or practical reasons to affect a safe passage or cruising in a specific area. I would highly recommend their services to any yacht master in the industry.

We have been using dsnm onboard now for almost 5 years! dsnm makes keeping on top of our onboard chart portfolios so easy so that onboard I can focus my attention on other operational tasks. The service is proactive in letting us know when issues are up for replacement and never fail to deliver them to our desired port on time. They are so flexible, which for our changeable program and cruising plans is essential.

compass is an amazing program. It makes life on the bridge a quicker and more efficient process. Passage planning, weekly corrections, active T&P’s and folios are all there at your fingertips in compass. The dashboard is a fantastic visual, you can clearly see what is outstanding in corrections, weekly check list items or new editions and expiring items that you need, at a quick glance. dsnm are always looking to make compass a better experience by adding in new features and listening to what we have to say to help improve the site. Would highly recommend jumping ship to dsnm.

I am writing to thank you guys for your recent support and follow-up concerning the IT work installation onboard, showing us how professional you are. I am going through the Navstation solution and am very happy with it so far. On behalf of the bridge team onboard M/Y Lusine, I want to thank you for that.

We have been using Compass since the launch of our new vessel – we utilise all aspects of Compass, from the Passage Planning tools with new and improved weather overlays, to the full Nav Management tool for monitoring new editions and licences renewals – we have also started to use the new MARPOL function that has been recently introduced, and it is working really well. The main idea behind Compass is something that we onboard really like as it combines all our navigation requirements into one central location to help make our lives as easy as possible during busy owner trips and charters. We look forward to continuing to see the new and exciting developments to come from dsnm and the Compass platform.

We have been very happy with the services provided by DSNM. You guys are on top of everything and make the management of our bridge publications and charts much easier than our previous experience.

Fantastic team of people who put you at ease. Very prompt to reply to enquires which get resolved quickly. Excellent Compass interface which is easy to use and updated constantly. Always kept in the loop on what is up and coming via e-mail newsletters. They seem to have everything you need from ENC's to both digital and physical publications. And all of this can be seen through your holdings in their software program. Looking forward to seeing where we can go with digital publications in the very near future.
